There are rumors circulating the internet about Lebron James steroids use, however they are all false. The basketball star did not use steroids, and he was not suspended for the reported 50 games by the NBA league.

James should be back in the Cavaliers line-up tonight when the Cavaliers take on the Philadelphia 76ers. He has missed a weeks worth of action due to suffering an ankle injury. James took the time to rest his ankle and exercise to get ready for the teams upcoming playoff run.

There was however a Lebron that tested positive for steroids, but it was Cleveland Indians minor league catcher, Steven Lebron. Steven Lebron was signed to a minor league contract by the Cleveland Indians this January. Since Steven failed a random drug test, Major League Baseball suspended the catcher for 50 games. The Indians have since voided Lebron’s contract at no cost to the team.

Besides, steroids testing in the NBA is like a traveling violation.. It’s there, but they never call it.
