JetBlue Flight attendant Stephen Aka. Steve Slater was arrested today.
The flight attendant was allegedly hit in the head with luggage by a passenger. He demanded an apology from the passenger and when the person would not give him one, he lost it.
It is reported that he opened up the emergency chute, grabbed two beers and slid down the slide.
This was of course before cursing out the unruly passenger on JetBlue’s intercom system.
Way to go Steven Slater.

Amazon Kindle has made it possible for newcomer Jeremy Drummond to make a killing selling fiction short stories.
Last month his short story Escaping The Rain, a Nick Aldo mystery sold over 10,000 copies.
Drummond states, he was shocked at the overwhelming response from Kindle users all across the world picking up his short story. “How do they even know who I am?”
Writers of fiction such as Drummond, are finding success as Amazon sells more and more units of the Kindle. There simply just isn’t enough content out there for all the readers. The average owner of a Kindle appears to be looking for a bargain. Hence the free kindle books dominate the bestseller lists.
Drummond sells his detective short story fiction for just 99 cents. He says if Amazon would allow him, he would make it free. However this option is only be reserved for authors from big publishing houses.
Who knows, one day Jeremy Drummond may find himself with a big publishing contract due to his success as a self publisher. But then again, why would he want to do that? He’s making way to much money doing what he loves to do currently: Writing.
Can 10,000 Kindle users and growing be wrong? I’m willing to bet 99 cents their not.
