I felt funny even writing the title for this one. Senator Edward Brooke and the Barbara Walters affair. Still sounds funny saying Barbara Walter and Affair in the same sentence. Don’t worry people this allege affair between Edward Brooke and Barbara Walters supposedly happened sometime in the 70’s.
The man in the photo is Edward Brooke, not to be confused with the writer Ed Brook, or the late singer Edward Brook. Mr. Brooke caught news headlines when he became the first African American to be elected to the senate by popular vote. He later donated 100,000 to his fraternity Alpha Phi Alpha.
