It works good for the average craving, but I still need a regular cig for in the morning and after meals. Very good for cutting back or just as a replacement. My first complaint is that the taste is a bit off. It's not gross, it's just not exactly tobacco. My next complaint is that the battery is so much heavier than the cartridge that it throws the balance off, so you can't really hold it like a regular cigarette. Overall, I'd say a good product with potential for smokers thinking of quitting. I have been using it for a couple days now.
