The police are refusing to release the cause of death for Somer Thompson.

An autopsy has been completed on 7 year old Somer Thompson, but a Clay County Sheriff spokeswoman said that no details on Somer’s cause of death will be released at this time, to preserve the integrity of the investigation.

Somer’s body was found in a Georgia landfill Thursday, three days after she disappeared while walking home from school in Orange Park, Florida.
