Killer Whale Shamu kills trainer Dawn Brancheau

Shamu the killer whale strikes again taking the life of trainer Dawn Brancheau. Strangely however, I am not surprised.

Reason being, this same whale who goes by the name of Tillicum, has killed before. In 1999 the same Shamu attacked Daniel Dukes. This guy had snuck into Orlando SeaWorld after the park was closed and ended up naked and dead on Tillikum’s back.

In 1991 at Sea Land Marine Park Victoria in British Columbia, Tillikum and two other Shamu whales were responsible for the drowning of a trainer. The trainer fell into the whale tank and was dragged underwater as park visitors watched.
