World Aids Day 2008

Today is World Aids Day 2008. What does that mean to the most of us. I’m not sure, but for me, World Aids Day holds a special place in my heart. I had a cousin die from Aids, and I think of her on occasions such as these more often than others.
Free Hiv testing will be available at many local clinics. I urge you to go out and get checked for Aids. I thank all the places that are offering this free service and to the many people who are promoting aids awareness. I think I will head down to the clinic and grab my aids awareness ribbon as I do every year.
